1. Introduction
This policy explains how Aedifica Arquitectura S.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on aedifica-arquitectura.com and how you can choose which services to allow. Your preferences are managed through the consent panel built into this website.
2. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They can remember preferences or help measure website use. Local storage also saves information in your browser, but does not automatically send it with each request as cookies do. These mechanisms are identified separately below.
3. Scripts and third-party content
Scripts provide functions such as visitor measurement. Embedded videos and maps connect to third-party services when loaded. Google Analytics, YouTube players and Google maps remain blocked until you allow their respective categories.
4. Purposes and available choices
- Necessary: remember your consent choice and operate the preferences panel. This storage is not used for visitor measurement.
- Statistics — Google Analytics: understand which pages are visited and how the website is used to improve its content. Optional.
- YouTube videos: load and play embedded videos. Optional and independent of Analytics.
- Google Maps: load the embedded map on the contact page. Optional and independent of Analytics and YouTube.
You can browse and read the website without accepting optional categories. Sharing buttons only open a social network when clicked. This website does not deploy its own advertising tags; Google services may use their technologies for other purposes under their policies and your choices in those services.
5. Cookies and technologies used
| Technology or name | Provider and purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
publii-gdpr-allowed-cookies-v2 and publii-gdpr-cookies-config-save-date | This website's local storage: records the allowed categories and the date of your choice. | The preference is treated as valid for 90 days. Entries may remain until removed by your browser or by you. | Necessary to remember your choice. |
_ga | Google Analytics: distinguish visits using an identifier. | Up to 2 years by default. | Statistics. |
_ga_* | Google Analytics: maintain session information. | Up to 2 years by default. | Statistics. |
YouTube: for example, YSC and __Secure-YNID | Google: video playback, security and service preferences. | A session for YSC and 6 months for __Secure-YNID, according to Google. | YouTube videos. |
Google/Maps services: for example, NID and SOCS | Google: preferences and choices for its services. | 6 months for NID and 13 months for SOCS, according to Google. | Google Maps. |
The YouTube and Google Maps names are examples of technologies Google may use, not a statement that all are installed on every visit. Actual use depends on the service, your Google session and your browser. Browser restrictions may also shorten Analytics cookie lifetimes. See the Google Analytics cookie inventory and Google's current cookie information.
Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; this does not replace your permission to load the service. The migrated site does not use cookies from the former WordPress, WooCommerce, Polylang or Complianz plugins.
6. Accepting, rejecting or changing consent
The initial notice lets you accept all optional categories, reject them, or configure each separately. Continuing to browse does not mean acceptance. You can also authorise a service using the button over its blocked video or map.
You can reopen the panel and change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences or the permanent preferences button. Withdrawing permission prevents further loading of that service on the website and may reload the page. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
7. Disabling and deleting cookies
Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove cookies already saved by Google or other providers. You can delete them through your browser's privacy settings, together with this website's local storage. Deleting saved preferences causes the website to ask you to choose again. Your browser's third-party cookie blocking may prevent some videos or maps even after you allow them.
8. Processing by Google
When you authorise a Google service, its provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page loading it. Processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Google's privacy policy explains its controllers, processing locations and applicable safeguards. This website's Analytics configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent. Our Privacy Policy provides contact and data-protection information. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
